Group Programme

My Group Programme came about because I wanted to bring together 3 fundamental things I know to be true:

  1. Whilst very woman’s experience of feeling overwhelmed is different,  the universal thread  is we know life feels far from great.  We  feel  we are just about surviving;
  2. Understanding yourself and how you are living your life is the fastest route to the choices and changes that you need to thrive;
  3. Women are utterly fantastic at supporting each other!

The Group Programme is for you if:

  • You’re stressed-out, spinning lots of plates and feel frustrated and guilty by the juggle of priorities;
  • You want life to feel different and better – you’ve tried to make changes but nothing seems to make a real difference;
  • You’re short-tempered and grumpy with the people around you;
  • You get loads done – so to everyone else, it seems like you’re OK, but inside, you’re screaming.

What is in the programme?

This is an 8-week programme (run over 10 weeks to allow some catch-up and breathing space). The course runs twice a year, with up to 10 working women in each cohort.

Each week, a new module of short videos and associated activities are released, via an online platform. You can watch these at your own pace, and we focus on the content during the group coaching calls so you can integrate what you’ve learnt, reflect on it and move forward.

The modules and supporting resources support your discovery journey. We’ll get granular, helping you to see the unseen and to understand the connections.

You’ll explore elements of you and your life: what you are doing, how you are doing it and why you are doing it. Your reactions and behaviour, values, feelings, mindset, self-esteem, how you’re having conversations with others and so much more!

There are weekly group coaching calls with hot seats for those who want it;

There are two 1:1 coaching sessions with me (one at the course start and another whenever you choose);

There’s a private Facebook Group with ongoing support from me and each other;

There are session recordings you can rewatch so you don’t miss anything!

There will be fun, there will be swearing, there may be tears… and it will be fab!

Benefits of learning as part of a group

I completely understand, for some, the thought of being part of a group is scary. For others, it is an exciting prospect. We are all different and part of the beauty of groups is what we learn about ourselves from being part of them! Stepping forward with courage and commitment to yourself and your group members can be a truly life changing experience.

As part of the Programme group:

You have the support of your other group members. How we all see, react to and interact with others is key to our learning and change and so being part of a group like this is invaluable;

You will be able (and encouraged!) to share what you’re learning as well as issues you are grappling with. My training and experience managing group sessions means this space is “held” safely for everyone to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with. The group rules — that everyone is required to sign up to — provide a confidential and supportive framework;

Because of the nature of the Programme, you may talk about the new things you’re discovering about yourself, or seeing in those around you — things you’ve not seen before. That’s special and sharing it with a supportive group can forge friendships that are different to the relationships you already have in your life. They can last a lifetime.

I have worked with Sue on a number of occasions. She has insight and creativity that inspires and facilitates new ways of thinking at all levels within an organisation.

I think Sue is one of the best coaches I’ve come across. She’s very committed and engaging. She gets phenomenal results for her clients.

She is highly-skilled, highly-qualified and credible.

Sue’s abundant organisational experience means she is totally practical, diving deep into problems with you to consider new ways of seeing, and realistic solutions.

Sue makes sense. What she says, and navigates you towards, is massively helpful both personally and therefore professionally.

Empathetic but with appropriate challenge, bespoke and based on your individual needs and not a generic ‘programme’, Sue helps you work through what your blocks are and how you might move through them.

I now feel in control of the choices I make and that those choices are now coming from a place of self-worth. If you want to truly move forwards from the ‘inside out’ then I can’t recommend Sue enough.

What can I say about Sue?  She is smart, knowledgeable, really easy to talk to and a fantastic coach.

She can help the most overwhelmed unravel the brain spaghetti and see more clearly. She is someone who I am happy to have in my world.

Sue understands the reality of work and home life being inherently interconnected and as such her style is chameleon-like — easily transitioning between counsellor, coach and mentor within one session – which ensures that her sessions are tailored to the entire individual and not one specific element of life.

Sue worked with me to a ensure we had actionable steps after each session and a final plan that I could take forward. I would recommend her to anyone at a career impasse or career springboard and in particular to women balancing a family or other commitments with a demanding job.

Sue supports me to look in the mirror, grow my self-awareness through carefully chosen questions and curious, highly tuned listening.

She gives simple clarity to see through complexity and fog.
